Here's what some of Sarah's students say:

My daughter trained with Sarah from Reception to Year 2 and grew so much in agility, control, speed and perseverance. Sarah has been one of the most responsible, responsive and committed teachers we’ve come across.
— Robert Kiesling
Sarah was a wonderful instructor to me and my two children for over five years. Strong, skilled and caring, she explained Taekwon-Do with real detail and nuance. My daughter especially connected with her — she was an amazing role model.
— Anthony Westlake
Sarah taught me and my children Taekwon-Do for 10 years. Her sessions were always fun, challenging and well-structured, with a strong focus on safe training, warmups, conditioning and stretching. I’d 110% recommend Sarah as a coach.
— Graham Beedie
Sarah is the perfect embodiment of calm, strength and grace. She creates a safe space for every student to learn, while her skill and sharp technique inspire everyone to push harder. She builds character, resilience and self-belief.
— Laetitia Zanovello
Sarah has supported me weekly with movement, balance, strength and coordination during recovery from a brain condition. She is patient, adaptable and knows how to push the right buttons. Pad-work makes me feel alive, focused and connected.
— Anthony G
Sarah is one of the most powerful martial artists I’ve ever seen — gentle in demeanour, but exceptional in technique. Her teaching is methodical, clear and encouraging. When you train with her, you learn martial arts at its best.
